The Arts scene has been growing for years, as galleries have been popping up that cater to an artistic crowd. Engard Arts is now making its way into the art circuit.
As part of the Costa Mesa Theater and Art District the WYNDHAM Hotel Orange County is opening their doors for artists to display their two dimensional art. Engard Arts is the exhibit coordinator for this venue.
We are looking for you if you live or work in Orange County. Never exhibited before? Experienced artist? Engard Arts is calling for all artists interested in participating in this on going art exhibit.

Submission
Each artist will submit 3 original pieces or artwork in jpg format to Info@EngardArts.com
Our committee will meet twice a month to review the images submitted for consideration. All decisions regarding the selection process are made by Engard Arts. All such decisions are final. Upon acceptance you will be notified when to bring your art to the Wyndham Hotel.
All communications with the exhibit should be directed to Engard Arts. Artists should not contact the venue directly.
Fees
An exhibit fee of $25.00 for the first piece and $10.00 for each additional piece is required upon acceptance (maximum eight pieces). Checks are made payable to Engard Arts. Each artist will sign an Artist and Exhibit Coordinator Agreement and provide an inventory of their work stating the title, price, and medium. Engard Arts will return $10 for each piece we are unable to place.
Security Hanging System
A condition of displaying art at the Wyndham is that we use the security hanging system.
Each artist will be responsible for mounting the security brackets (3) on the back of their work. Engard Arts will provide the brackets. All artwork must be professionally framed. Each piece must provide a card/label with the title, name of artist, medium, retail price on the back of the art.
Installation
Artist will communicate with Engard Arts to assist in the hanging of their art. Engard Arts will make the final decision on images/art to be exhibited and how the artwork is displayed.
Sales & Commission
All pieces on exhibit must be for sale. Each Artist will receive 60% of their sales price. The 40% commission on sales is shared. 10% goes to the Wyndham Hotel, who has chosen Estancia High School Arts Department as the recipient of their portion. Engard Arts will receive 30%. Artist is responsible for restocking sold artwork within 48 hours.
Insurance
It is understood that the artwork being placed on display and exhibited on Wyndham premise is NOT INSURED. Each Artist is responsible for their display and security of their artwork, Engard Arts or Wyndham Hotel is not liable for anything that may happen to your artwork, before, during the event or after, including theft or other unfortunate circumstances. Artist accepts the entire risk.
